"Let me start by saying I absolutely hate getting haircuts! In desperate need however, I walked in on a whim without an appointment. I signed in using their electronic system on an iPad. It was easy, and I was seen within ten minutes. Normally to make it interesting, and to make the small talk tolerable I take on a new persona every time... I'm an architect, steam roller driver, Tupperware salesmen, etc. this time I didn't because my "stylist" seemed to sense I was an introvert, and she was pleasant but not endlessly chatty. The haircut I got was ok, not fantastic, but it looked nice. I would go back and see her again, although I've always had fun creating an alter ego for those sometimes painful 20 minutes. I'm sure it's the going rate, however $20 for a quick cut with no other frills seems expensive to me. In any case, I'll go back; maybe as an astronaut. Lol"

"Went to this location yesterday and literally got the worst haircut in over 5+ years.....the lady didnt say a single word to me the entire time and didn't even come close to cutting it correctly.....i left very dissapointed and will never come to this location again."

"I either shaved my head myself or have had my mother-in-law cut my hair for the last 20 years. With my MIL living in Illinois... carting three kids down for a haircut isn't on the top of my priority list anymore. I bounced around between a few salons, but ultimately settled here. One of the biggest draws for me is being able to walk in or check in online. I don't have a schedule that is always set in stone and I found myself missing way too many schedules appointments 4-5 weeks out. The levels are fine, and I don't personally mind paying the extra $6 for the shampoo, hot towel, and back "massage". I've had my hair cut by three different stylists. I love that the receipt prints out specifically what was done last time. It saves me from having to explain it and ensures that I have a consistent cut no matter which stylist I use."

"Did not listen to what I wanted. Rushed through the haircut. The person cutting did a fast but poor job. I needed to fix it myself. I am not going back to this location."

"The women are very friendly but my sons haircut wasn’t great. She did a terrible job blending his hair. You could tell where the clippers went through. I don’t recomend it. My husband brought him the first time and they both came back with crappy haircuts. I always give businesses a second chance. I should of learned my lesson the first time around."

"Need more staff period. Every time I wall in they have at most 3 stylists and the wait is over 45 min and 6 plus people waiting. Especially at the busy times like after 5 PM. I tried getting in 5 times in 4 days. Every possible time it was a forever wait. I stopped trying. I know many others that walked out and went elsewhere too. Get more staff."

"They always cut my hairs as I like. Repeat customer who is always happy when I leave. Staff is always nice and friendly"
