Kayla sis a great job with my hair and helped me pick out the correct shampoo/ conditioner for my hair type.

This is the second time where they didn?t ask if I wanted my sideburns cut and she just cut them super short and uneven... usually they ask if I want them cut and I always say no... but the last two times she just cut them and didn?t even do a good job at all...I have a really simple haircut that I do every time... it?s not that hard... im really getting sick of the poor service and poor attitude when I myself am showing respect... I will wait for changes before I return to this location... and yes owner, I am meaning to write a review for the Drexel location in franklin...

Haircut was fine. Friendly stylist. Online check-in is pointless. Told me to be there at 5:24, didn't sit in the chair until 5:45.
