Absolute joke. I have been a customer for several years. I do understand the issues the "Pandemic" has created, however when your hours display that you will be open until 6 pm, as a customer I expect that. I showed up at 2:05 pm and did NOT check-in online. The lady working the counter informed me she could not take me because they would be closing at 3pm. There were 2 people checked in on line ahead of me but neither were there and there was a second stylist not doing anything. This is the first review I have ever submitted about anything and would highly recommend not using this location EVER!

worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. how old are you? how do you not know how long an inch is. said she was taking off 1 but instead near gave me a buzz cut. do better

Very pleased. 1st time at this place and never understood stylist lingo for how to do a haircut for my 5 year old. Christine was patient and had to work extra hard for me. But the end result was perfect!! Thank goodness they take notes!! I will return!!
